Training Reflective, Relational and Relevant Practitioners
The Education Department at LBC | Capital prepares and disciples students to be reflective, relational and relevant practitioners who think biblically to impact the educational community. This mission guides all aspects of our undergraduate and graduate programming: courses, field placements, learning activities, faculty-student interaction and so much more. Field experiences interwoven with education courses bring theory to practice, providing hands-on learning to further develop students’ skills. Caring faculty walk alongside students as they journey from admission to graduation—and beyond.
Students at both the undergraduate and graduate level can complete programs leading to certifications from Pennsylvania and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) in a variety of areas.
Our students and alumni are making a real difference in the world. Check out two of their inspiring stories on why they choose LBC | Capital and how their education changed them and prepared them for their careers.
