MSCHE Self-Study 2024–26

Self-Study for Middle States Commission on Higher Education

Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School is conducting a comprehensive self-study between 2024 and 2026. This period of research, analysis, and reflection is an essential component for our eight-year accreditation review by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE). The self-study process invites the College to examine itself against external criteria of excellence and demonstrate its compliance with MSCHE’s Standards for Accreditation and Requirements of Affiliation and applicable federal regulatory requirements. The standards emphasize the centrality of the institution’s mission to its policies and procedures, student experience, assessment, planning, governance, and administration.

Transparency and inclusion of the LBC | Capital community’s input are critical for the success of the self-study process. The purpose of this webpage is to publicly document the process and to invite feedback.
