Artificial intelligence. GPT. Chatbots. It may be seemingly impossible to keep up with the ever-changing technology that impacts everyday communication.
In an effort to make sense of it all, the Lancaster Bible College Communication & Media Arts Department will host a seminar titled, “Beyond ChatGPT: Easily Harness the Power of AI to Increase Your Creativity and Productivity in Business and Ministry,” from 7:30 to 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 9.
Set for the fourth floor of the Teague Learning Commons on the LBC campus at 901 Eden Road in Lancaster, the event will seek to answer the question, “Are you prepared for the AI revolution?”
In a world where AI is rapidly transforming the way we do business and conduct ministry, how can we ensure our organizations aren’t left behind in this fast-paced digital evolution? Attendees will also have a chance to consider the untapped potential AI holds for their organization as well as learn how harnessing AI could be a key to unlocking unprecedented levels of creativity, efficiency and impact.
LBC Communication Professor Thom Scott, a veteran marketing expert certified in Machine Learning and AI for Marketing by the University of Virginia, will lead the seminar. With 35-plus years of for-profit and non-profit marketing experience, Scott brings invaluable insights into leveraging AI in business and ministry contexts.
The day will begin with a continental breakfast and exclusive networking opportunities to connect with like-minded business and ministry leaders.
Seminar topics will include the following:
