Admission to any master’s degree starts here, regardless of whether you want to study online or in a blended format. The master’s admissions process has two parts: the application and the admissions portfolio. We’ll provide a checklist to guide you through each step. You can apply for a master’s degree at any time.

The application process begins with selecting the “create an account” link under first-time users. Once you have registered for your personalized account, check your email to get your temporary PIN and click “Login.” Now you are ready to start the application.

NEXT STEPS

After you have submitted your application, you will see in your applicant portal the next steps to complete as part of your admissions portfolio. If you need assistance or have questions, please reach out to your admission counselor.

  • Submit an official transcript that reflects a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited higher education institution.
  • References
    • If applying to a degree from the Seminary, request a character reference
    • If you are applying to a Counseling or Social Work degree, request professional and character references.
  • If your program requires an admission interview, you will be contacted by our staff or faculty after your admission documents are received.

All international applicants: An English Language Proficiency Exam is required as a way to demonstrate a satisfactory level of English proficiency. See more details at the bottom of this page.

Can international students apply for masters studies?

LBC | Capital is excited to offer international students the opportunity to earn their masters degrees from their home country through our online programs. No need to uproot your life. If you have internet access, we come to you. Our instruction and coursework for all our degrees are in English, therefore an English language proficiency exam (TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo) will be required for any non-citizen international applicant to show proof of your English language proficiency.

Additional Steps for International Students Looking to Study in the United States

International students seeking to study in the United States for their degrees will be limited to hybrid programs available in Lancaster. Please contact the Seminary & Graduate School admissions office or international@lbc.edu for more information.
