In addition to his work at LBC, Jim currently works as the managing director of a local non-profit scholarship organization and teaches at a local Christian high school.
Prior to coming to LBC, Jim served for 16 years as a state representative in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, including four years as chairman of the House Labor & Industry Committee.
