Mack attended The University of Valley Forge where she played volleyball and basketball. Upon graduation in 2003, she became the Head Coach for Women’s Basketball. She served in that role for two years before stepping into the role of Women’s Volleyball Head Coach, where she served an additional four years. She contributed time in athletic marketing, finance, advancement, and as the events coordinator during her six years at Valley Forge. After graduation, she landed a job in finance where she worked from 2003 through 2020.
In the Fall of 2021, she began her time at Lancaster County Christian School. There she served as the Advancement Coordinator, leading the fundraising efforts for the school. Mack was also an Assistant Coach for the High School Girl’s Volleyball team.
From 2023-2024, Mack served at Lancaster Bible College as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Fundraising and Operations. She has been part of the revision of two fundraising initiatives, the Charger Club and Corporate Sponsorships. Mack oversaw all department budgeting as part of her role. Additional roles Mack serves include Game Day support through the Sport Management apprenticeship program, rentals, and general administrative duties within the department.
