Autumn Fair is an experienced business professional and educator, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Lancaster Bible College. With a background in strategic consulting, executive leadership, and business operations, she brings a passion for community empowerment and faith-based leadership. As Founder and CFO of LYNN SQUARED® Consulting, Autumn provides strategic guidance to small businesses and entrepreneurs, supporting sustainable growth. She has also dedicated her career to empowering women in business through mentorship and innovation. Autumn holds an MBA and is nearing completion of her Doctor of Business Administration.
